We'd rather you spend more time finding your match and less time paying your bill. Therefore we will automatically renew your subscription when it is about to expire, via our simple automatic renewal system. This means:
- You only have to make one easy, online transaction.
- You can enjoy uninterrupted access to all your subscriber benefits.
- The monthly rate of your subscription will remain unchanged for the lifetime of your subscription - future proofing you against any price increases.
- After the inital period of your subscription, you'll automatically be billed monthly at the effective monthly rate associated with your original subscription choice.
For example, if you took out a 6 month subscription at £90.00, then after the initial 6 months your subscription will be automatically renewed monthly at the rate of just £15.00 per month: a saving of 53% on the normal 1 month rate! You will continue to qualify for this reduced rate until such time as you cancel your subscription.
Of course, once you've found your match you can cancel your subscription simply by clicking on the link on the Status page. (This will not affect your subscriber benefits, and you may continue to enjoy these until your subscription expires.)
Please note, automatic renewal transactions may be processed up to 24 hours before your existing subscription expires - so if you want to cancel your automatic renewal, we do recommend that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your subscription's expiry date to ensure that the cancellation is processed in time.
You can check the status of your subscription at any time. Please note that your payments will be reflected on your credit card statement as purchases from "Telecom Express Ltd - 121d8.com". (Telecom Express is the name of the company which operates the site).
NB
- Only members who pay by card are eligible for our automatic renewal scheme. Gift subscriptions, or payments made by other methods will not qualify for the automatic renewal scheme.
- As per our Terms and Conditions, refunds on subscriptions will be given at the discretion of the Company management.
