I'm worth getting to know and, when I get to know someone, very open.
I'm active and work out on the dance floor! Pre-Covid dancing was my main hobby (1 or 2 evenings a week) but I also love choral singing, reading and food (preparing and consuming it - another reason to keep active). I'm a very keen cook!
Life is busy (I work full time and work and play hard) but friends are a high priority....whether chatting by phone, eating out or seeing a film. I am fortunate to have had a rewarding and interesting career, which still gives me great satisfaction but no longer dominates my life. I also love my home where I cook and garden and hang out with my cat Oscar. I am blessed with fitness and health which I enjoy and take care of with good food, fun, yoga and bike rides at the week-end. I love being active especially outdoors but am also happy relaxing on the sofa. I'm vegetarian and a bit of a foodie - none of my meat-eating friends complain. I confess to a radio 4 habit.
I've travelled quite a bit and enjoy holidays but have less travel lust these days. I'm happy to relax somewhere warm, especially in a beautiful setting. I've visited Italy and France regularly and never tire of either. I still have destinations which await me.......
