About him
Hi, I am a happy, sociable, confident, creative, and sporty person blessed with great friends. I have two grown up kids who are pursuing there own journeys, one who lives in Cape Town the other spends most of his time traveling for an NGO.
I retired several years ago after running a small successful international trading business. Lucky enough to have traveled extensively in first world and now enjoying visiting parts of the world that had escaped me - India, Cambodia, Africa etc.
Fine art Photography is a love of mine although Travel Photography works well for me also, for this I try to be a traveler and not a tourist - Aristotle said The aim of art is not only to present the outward appearance of an image, but the inner significance.
I play Golf regularly and enjoy both the social and competitive sides of sport.
There is a serious side to me and I need to have a cerebral connection with those important to me.
I live in the center of a Georgian Town and love being able to walk to restaurants, pubs, shops and theatre.
