My friends describe me as full of ideas, fun to be with, life affirming, inspiring, kind, caring and consistent. I have wonderful friends! I live on the coast, love the sea, sailing, coastal walks, beaches. I also enjoy walking on the moors. I love reading, writing, words. I'm a big supporter of the arts. I go regularly to my local arts house. I enjoy arts house and world cinema and love the live opera/ballet/theatre relays. I go along to the local astronomy society, out of some deep curiosity, to learn and for the humility and peace that come with looking out at the universe.
I'm often at my happiest just being with friends, cooking for them and having conversations with them, whether it's topical themes, or supporting them when they need it or just light hearted banter. I love my family, although distance dictates that I don't see them as often as I ideally would like.
