I have hoped to travel to the UK for three years and due to Covid I haven’t but this UK summer watch out!!!
A well spoken gentleman [well,..... for an Australian!!!] seeking a special friend for life, to travel in Australia and overseas and to enjoy one another's company.
I am interested in the share market, world affairs, politics, history, dining out, repairing things, cycling, movies, sport, weekends away, and world travel. I love good music played on a quality music system. I particularly like classical music. I am regarded as slim but not skinny. I believe in a healthy diet, and I love cooking, although not an expert. I have an excellent wine collection and have access to my old cellar.
I am optimistic, romantic, friendly and financially independent. I would love to bring a cup of tea or coffee to my partner in the morning. I respect women and treat them as equals, or better than me, but I still like to be gentlemanly to them. Happy in jeans, suit, dinnersuit or shorts. I am not interested in much younger ladies, although I often surprise new friends when I tell them my age, as I am fitter than most men fifteen years younger. I suppose that's the benefit of an active working life. I attend the gym and do a Pilates class weekly, and cycle nearly every day. My desire to be sugar free is not for medical reasons.
I have always owned my own business, but now mostly retired.

I have had many visits to the UK and more recently a Rhine and Rhone cruise and Scandinavia. Wonderful,......especially the South of France, where I would like to live for a while.
Recently I went to NZ, then Israel for the anniversary of the Beersheba Light Horse charge. Also I went to Spain, Morocco and Portugal, and Scandinavia. Any ideas for 2023?
