I'm generally laid back, friendly, and inquisitive about people. Often given to bouts of humour, occasionally the performer, but always get serious when the time is right - and that's quite often, because there's often something serious worth talking about. I like variety in life, so intellectual, cultural, and physical pursuits all engage my time. All humanities type subjects interest me, current affairs absorbs me, and the best of the arts, whether it be film, theatre or literature.
Musically, jazz, blues and classical works for me nowadays. Sometimes art or photography galleries. Generally, I like London culture, events and relaxation. I make regular time for keeping fit - swimming and jogging nowadays, with occasional hiking and cycling. And I love getting out of London to wild nature and culturally interesting places, wherever they are in the world.
I have an independent career I enjoy, and could definitely call myself a 'successful professional', but work-life balance is all important to me.
