I'm fun loving, intelligent, compassionate, emotionally stable, healthy and happy ! I laugh a lot and normally manage to find the positive/funny side of things !! It keeps me sane in a life which is anything but !! I love life and want to live it to the full, just started looking for someone to interact with and build a relationship with. I'm very affectionate and tactile and have boundless enthusiasm for almost everything.
I work as a speaker, author and media commentator on mental health and autism. My children think I'm completely nuts but like me that way although sometimes I'm a bit too much for them ! Most people have trouble keeping up with me so be warned, you need to be very fit ! Being healthy is very important to me. I enjoy a huge range of different things from jewellery making to trying out new sports and activities that I've never tried. I don't much like heights so I'm happier on firm ground but live life on the basis that action conquers fear and that sometimes you have to feel the fear and do it anyway ! I'm normally up for trying new things.

He needs to be positive and able to laugh at life's ups and downs whilst still being able to be a mature adult when appropriate.
