About him
Now is the time to make life worthwhile and fun and share the many wonderful things in life with someone special. I am positive by nature, educated, like to dress well and have a good sense of humour. I have a wide range of cultural and intellectual interests (film, literature, music, art history, chess) and many everyday things I like to do like walking by the sea with my dog (a beautiful, though ageing, Alsation), dining out, good conversation. What I don't do enough of at the moment is dancing, but hoping this will change. I have travelled a lot and will do in the future. I am equally at home in town or country. When in London, where I was born, I like to stroll in the parks, visit the National gallery, brouse the book shops, go to the opera (love Puccini) or watch Arsenal play (one of the ordinary, normal things!). I retired in 2008 after a career in the pharmaceutical industry and have worked since then as a Consultant for industry and as a chess trainer for young people. I am currently living in Denmark but plan to live permanently in England.
