About her
As an optimistic, out-going, fun-loving and attractive woman I think I can add some sparkle to your life! I love sailing and skiing, as well as walking along the cliff tops, along the beach or in the countryside. On cold or wet days, I'm also very happy to come home and curl up in front of a real fire with a book and a coffee or a glass of good wine!
I really enjoy cooking - I cook for myself everyday (definitely no ready meals in my house!) but its much more fun cooking for others - so I often have friends round for supper. I would really like someone special to cook for. Similarly, as I live in Brighton there are no shortages of good places to eat, but it's more fun to go out with other(s).
I've travelled quite widely, both for work (best - probably are Mauritius, Japan and Argentina; most challenging was Riyadh/Saudi Arabia) and for holidays - but still feel there is a lot more of the world to explore - so I've got a number of places on my bucket list.
I like classical music and opera; doing the Times crossword; I'm very interested in the environment; I like gardening (my garden in Brighton isn't very big so it's easy to look after). I don't watch much TV (exception being the BBC4 Saturday night 'Scandi' dramas on catch-up).
I've just inherited a 1959 mini (pristine condition) so I suspect I'll be going for outings in this - the London-Brighton mini rally perhaps? As my first car was a mini which was alway breaking down, I'm more confident about looking under the bonnet of one of these than I am with my 'real' car - where all I can do is top up the oil!

The person I am looking for should be easy-going with a (dry?) sense of humour (doesn't everyone say this?) and most of all should be able to enjoy life and enjoy living life to the full. It would be great if this person was interested in walking, sailing, good food (and wine).
