About her
In many ways I have a great life, certainly compared to many, and am lucky enough to have a great group of friends so life is busy. It would be fun to have someone special as I don't like living alone and prefer to share everything with another, be it holidays or theatre trips, films or dinners with friends. At the moment I am still working, which is great, busy and fulfillng, but am thinking more and more seriously of giving up soon. My longer term plans including leaving London, perhaps travelling first and then having a dog! I enjoy London hugely with its fantastic facilities and do go to the theatre, galleries etc. and play bridge regularly, which I hope is going to help keep my brain alive! It is impossible to encompass oneself in a few words so I would like to meet others and see if we could perhaps be friends and hopefully something much more.
I have two children who are thoroughly independent and do not live with me, but are still very important to me. Neither yet married and no grandchildren yet and both gainfully employed, I am happy to say!

It would be great to find someone fun and sociable with an open mind as to the future. I love groups of friends getting together and so hope to find someone who is sociable and bright and enjoys life. A sporty type would be good - playing and/or watching - and I hope to end up in the country rather than London, so a common interest in that would help! It would be wonderful to find a romantic, people-person who has a great crowd of friends who I would love to meet and entertain, with a life of his own but also wanting another half to share it with - I love to ski, sail, walk, dance, talk, read, lie in the sun, listen, travel, take photos, play bridge, eat and drink! I love dogs and horses, really enjoy a day out at a country event, but also enjoy the best of London - theatres, exhibitions, dinners out.
