About her
I adore life and people. Love my job as a coach, trainer and Clinical Hypnotherapist with a wide variety of clients and patients from execs, private clients and my work with many schools in this area.
I have two wonderful grown up children who live near by with their own families. I do yoga, pilates and go to the gym to keep fit as well as walking my black mongrel rescue dog Daisy who is nearly one in the lovely local parks.
Interested in literature, theatre, ballet, concerts, dining out or in; am a Francophile especially the South West and South of France.
I was brought up in East Africa and then spent nearly two years at school in Bordeaux so I speak French and cook well.
