I am self employed and work in the travel industry( nothing going on at the moment ) , and have lived and worked in both France and Spain..About 12years ago I returned to the UK after nearly 7 years living and working in the South of France (where I owned a restaurant) and have now relocated to the sunny Algarve in Portugal for he last 8years.
I completed a 10000 km bike ride (by myself) over a period of 10 months throughout Asia,before making the easy journey down here (just 3000kms) on my trusty bike ..glad to get off it in the end !
Im 61,fit ,enjoy sport from padel and football to a relaxing game of golf.I love cycling and walking -and generally exploring. Avid Scrabble player and love reading and listening to music .
An ideal evening ...fine wine and good food (with the right person ) ...it doesnt matter where...some of the best locations are the simplest . I can knock up a decent meal in the kitchen-but its much more fun when the cooking is shared .
