About her
A bit of a country bumpkin with lots of love to share, but I also enjoy a little luxury and sophistication from time to time though I would say I am not materialistic. I am very active (for my age) but with a bit of a spinal problem, and I have loads of interests - something of a Jill-of-all-trades and Master of none .
I love travelling, walking in the country, by rivers and the sea but it would be so much more fun to have a like-minded companion. I would hope to share some of my social interests, ie. the Arts, theatre, cinema, eating out, playing Bridge, fitness, etc. but I am sure there will be times when we will be happy to allow each other the space to pursue individual interests. I am an ecumenist and like to get involved with Christian evangelisation, though I am a great respector of individual beliefs. I do some writing and belong to two Book Clubs but would not say I am well read - I am a slow reader.
I have an active social life, also a loving cat, and though this may seem an idyllic existence to some, this Lady is looking for a whole lot more: someone special to pamper and spoil, someone to share the delights of travels abroad and in UK, family life, the outdoors and keeping active - growing old gracefully together.

My ideal partner would need to be a reasonably lively soul with a good sense of humour, intelligent, kind, gentle and generous, have an interest in the outdoors, good food, the arts and fine things (but not necessarily expensive), and with good dress sense even when casual (but can slob about in the garden!)..
