I know what attracts me most in a man ........ it's laughter. If you can make me laugh, with what you write or what you say then that really draws me in. There's something very magnetic about a good giggle. The humour may be very irreverent ... you never know what makes you chuckle ....... but it's a great relaxer and connector!
I am easy to be with, I'm good feminine company, not hard to please and a pretty flexible, relaxed girl. I'm very tolerant of other people's little idiosyncratic ways and foibles. Live and let live is what I say. I am a whizz in the kitchen and love cooking and enjoy preparing really nourishing healthy food. I am keen on travel and seeing the world and regularly go to Australia & California for work and pleasure.
I've had an interesting professional life (worked for the Playboy Club, had my own PR company, been a best-selling author, business consultant & professional cook) .... looking back at that list I can see that I never let the grass grow under my feet! But during the last few years I have been actively reinventing myself and created a lifestyle and work opportunities that suit the new me. I much prefer the sexier older me to the younger, work-focussed me......... you'll probably prefer her too LOL !
I keep myself in excellent shape with yoga - I was inspired by the beautiful toned yoga bodies I saw a while back in Bali so I am aiming for that!! I also love swimming if I find anywhere that has a non-chemical pool!
I want to make a difference in the world ......... leave it in better shape than when I arrived. It would be great if you felt the same way too.
I co-own a country retreat home in the Yorkshire Dales with a business partner and have recently moved out of central London where I have lived for 25 years, to Skipton .. for now .. who knows where my "fresh start/next phase" will lead to...? I do love to travel overseas.

In my 20s and 30s hard work was top of my agenda now, at my time of life, fun is much more important as well as meaningful work that makes a difference, helps me grow and brings me joy.
