I am a straightforward guy looking for a relationship and hopefully love . After a great life full of adventure ,travel and inevitable complications I'm lonely and still looking for the one . I'm not regretful ,we get to where we are don't we ( that's not wisdom is it!) and I wouldn't change any thing from the past , but there's still a chance for having a complete life shared with a loving partner. I hate this bit because the wondrous thing that is a loving relationship is all about discovering another and through that parts of yourself . "knowing what you want" is another way of saying that one is not open to new things. I hope the best comes from differences and contrast not from a tick box shopping list . You are looking for honesty trust and commitment. You think life's too short to hang around waiting to see what turns up. If I said I was thick ,ugly ,unattractive ,insensitive ,mean and selfish ... and that makes you laugh then we have a chance ..... if that frightens you then you must run for the hills.
