Hello! I'm Cate and I'm 42 (or I prefer 21-doubled).
I live in London most of the time and split my time between here and the beach in Bournemouth. I have my own successful business which I love and a puppy which I love even more!
I am incredibly driven but fun is just as important to me. You have to laugh - a lot ideally! If I'm not working, you'll find me out with pals eating, drinking, being curious about new stuff, travelling to cities, watching comedy gigs, exercising, walking, watching films, reading, researching and sometimes just lying down very still with a box set (why is it when a box set finishes, it's like losing an old friend??).
Talking of which, friends are hugely important to me. I have a group of incredible pals who have got me through the most challenging of times and who genuinely give me life. I think if they were to describe me they would say that I was strong, ambitious and funny and I believe they're as proud to know me, as I am them.
My core values are around kindness, honesty, fun (did I mention that??) and love. I'm incredibly open and pretty straight-talking - I just think if we all looked out for ourselves and each other just a little bit more we'd probably be okay! On which note, my business is very much based in personal development. So, self-awareness and emotional intelligence are huge things for me - I love having big chats about the stuff that matters and really hope that that would be something I could do with a partner too.
