I enjoy swimming, gardening, reading and generally relaxing (bit of a homebird!). Love going out for meals but would like someone special to share fine food and wine with as its much more enjoyable than on your own. Music tastes are very varied as I now have my children's influences which I must admit aren't too bad. My friends would describe me as quiet (until you get to know me), trustworthy, loyal and caring. I have travelled the world, Mexico, Russia and lived in the US for 3 years first in upstate New York and then in Charlotte NC which I loved and could have lived there forever but children came along and hence the move back to blighty. I have got a degree in engineering so no bimbo here. I also love walking, watching, intelligent programmes on telly and also enjoy some rubbish (but not soaps haven't got time and plus real life is too interesting anyway and isn't there enough misery in the world!!!) sorry to all you soapies out there. Just would be nice to touch base with someone after a hard but happy day. I like nothing more than dancing around the kitchen while preparing dinner but it would be nice if there was someone else to dance with and generally fill my house with laughter.
