About her
I am an intelligent lady, probably difficult to put into a category. I have had quite a high powered career but not impressed purely by material things. Sense of humour is vital but intelligent humour. I am equally at home in the country as in the city. I love the countryside and country pursuits (shooting, riding) but love what the city has to offer. I read a lot and like anything to do with words (crosswords etc.)
I also play golf (not that well) but enjoy it. I am probably looking for someone worldly but easy going and kind but no rigid criteria as I have made good friends over the years who surprise me by being quite different from myself. I am quite independent and, whilst I am happy with my own company, I do enjoy the company of others and am quite a sociable creature. It would be nice to be able to share some of the good times with someone else as a friend but should anything more grow out of it, all the better.

Easy going, intelligent and able to see the humour in life. Someone who has a zest for life and wants to make the most of each day. I like to be active but also to relax and just chill. I do believe it is hard to be too specific about the type of person I would get on with and that would probably be established in a telephone conversation. They would need to like animals and the countryside but not necessarily all the hobbies I enjoy. I am looking for someone whose company I enjoy as a friend initially and, if it develops into something else, great but I am not desperate to get married and settle down!
