About her
Having just got back from a great holiday in the north of Ibiza with friends and family it has made me realise how much I have missed travelling / it’s been 3 years.
The last time I travelled abroad was Jan/Feb '20 when I went back to South Africa for 6 weeks. In Feb'19 I returned from a 3 month solo trip travelling to Vietnam, Aus, NZ and Indonesia .. great adventure! Hadn’t really realised how Covid impacted coz you just got on with it!
Not too sure about the next adventure South America is up there but I could settle for closer places that are still on the bucket list. Born in the UK, schooled in SA - hitch hiked around Europe (when you could and bohemia was cool) this gave me my first independent taste of travel. Besides living in SA, I have lived in Texas + Israel, but the UK is home. If I learnt anything on my recent travels is how much more accessible the world is now with technology and how technology does have its good points even if I am not always aufait with this ever changing world.
I enjoy spontaneity and would like to meet someone who still has a curiosity to travel and will also share my love of live music - concerts/ gigs/Sunday lunch + Jazz or any music. I have a lot on my bucket list, some more adventurous than others - doing a 'sky jump' in New Zealand ticked that one off - I would do it again! My children are my best supporters and encourage me to go off and do things but it would be great to share this with another like minded person.
I have fab girlfriends but it would be nice to be wined/dined in some male company and also perhaps cozy up on the sofa watching Netflix. I don't want to make up things as to 'why you should get to know me' - but you having a profile photo is the first step in the right direction (please don't waste my time if you are not prepared to show your face) we all have to take a chance if we want to find someone. If you have got this far I am pleased I held your interest - my photos are all in the last 4 years and some are from my recent travels.

An independent self assured man who will not be threatened by an independent humourous woman. A sense of humour is a must and someone who enjoys a good discussion on current affairs and can converse and banter and be impulsive but thoughtful.
