About her
I am currently looking after the elderly in their own homes, I live in for a few weeks and then have a couple of weeks off. I started doing this work in 2008 whilst living with my partner in Spain he unfortunately died in August 2008. I was working for a remarkable gentleman at that time and I continued working for him until he died in 2012. I travelled to and fro from Spain at first, then I moved back to Plymouth as I have family there. I would like to meet someone who has travelled or has lead an interesting life who enjoys reading, cinema, theatre, art galleries, antiques. I love cooking and entertaining and appreciate eating out. I am deemed attractive and am told that I look like Mrs Peel I don't ask whether they mean Diana Rigg now or when she played the part in The Avengers! I do like to listen to music and have an eclectic mix of Amy Winehouse, Leonard Cohen, Paloma Faith etc. I also listen to classical music. My favourite film is Perfume, but I also enjoyed The Worlds Fastest Indian.
I haven't put a photo on here yet as I have been busy moving and I need to ask someone to take one, I expect to get around to it sometime. People have always thought I was good looking and probably confident as a result not true at all. I really don't like unkind people who are so self absorbed they cannot put themselves in others peoples sometimes difficult positions. I love animals and my sadness is compounded at the moment as the dog I had in Spain can no longer live with me as the gentleman I used to work for died and I had to let her go to one of my sort of stepdaughters. Life is not perfect but you have to pick yourself up and dust yourself down........... Apologies if I haven't returned messages but probably should have waited before joining. I have moved and it took rather more time and effort than I thought it would.

My ideal match would be an interesting, interested erudite gentleman. Age is unimportant but a zest for life is a must. I would love David Attenborough or Jonathan Meades to show up on a date but would be happy with an interesting, funny man.
