Having travelled - cabin crew - having achieved a successful professional
career - medical profession - I am now free and open to challenges and
to follow my love of the sea and land.
I enjoy a good game of rugby
My ideal retirement home would be in the Charente Maritime where the countryside meets ambling streams and where behind some corner there is the hidden Boulangerie. Sipping Chablis in the cool night air...............but..........I can only dream. My personality is that of a Piscean...........I love most animals and have a Yorkie called Archie with an attitude but in the past I have had cats and horses. Having spent most of my professional career researching, my reading these days is limited to the national papers.
Since writing this profile I have now moved to Dorchester and I have taken up my love of research again - The justice/injustice system of Dorchester and I have gone back to French for Beginners.............I love challenging my brain - and meeting new people.- I love to wake up wondering what the day will bring.

My ideal match would be fit, enjoy walking in the countryside, enjoy a good wine, red or white but most of all enjoy good conversation on any topic that comes to mind.
My ideal friend would be an intellectual with a
thirst for knowledge, adventure and the unknown. Ideally he will love the
sea, travel in general and walking amongst the magical woodland that
we are so fortunate to have in this country. It would help if he enjoyed rugby, sailing, walking and the outdoors generally - brain stimulating puzzles and talking........and .........there is nothing quite so charming as sitting by a log fire sipping good wine and chewing over the day and the days to come.

You might wonder why I put my age as 100 ......to me age is a number on the birth certificate. I see people........old people who I know are younger than myself and I see people that I cannot age so to me it is of little importance which widens the horizon...........
