Having lived in France since the ripe old age of 20 - and with a Frenchman of all things- I am now single and quite
happy to be so. I don't think I believe in 'le grand amour' any more but it would be nice to have someone to share things with even if not every day. AND to have a good laugh with as I am a 'glass half full' person. I love animals but without going overboard .......although I DO have a couple of dogs (small ones) hogging the sofa as I write this! Mmmm, food and wine too! Life is for living - while we still can!

A GSOH is a must. Someone who isn't too overbearing or pseudo- intellectual.
I know I should be saying what I like rather than what I don't like but if you get on well with someone you can be a little forgiving!!
It would definitely tip the scales if they spoke good French as a lot of my friends are French and non-stop translating can be wearing.
