About her
I would like to have someone in my life to make even ordinary days special. I like to laugh. I like walking and talking, both of which I do quite well. I like to sing and dance, both of which I do less well, but with no less enjoyment on my part because of that.
There is a lot of the UK, Europe and the rest of the world that I haven't seen but would like to, in no particular order, as I enjoy visiting anywhere new.
I love the arts: theatre, dance, galleries, music, and I regularly go to the cinema to watch anything except horror. I also enjoy going out for a drink or a meal but equally consider cuddling up on the sofa to be a lovely way to spend an evening. I am easy going and have a cheery "live and let live" approach to life.
About her ideal match
I would like to meet someone who is kind and honest. You would need to enjoy comedy (i.e. Radio 4, hignfy, 8 out of 10 cats etc.) and crime dramas, particularly in a Scandinavian fashion, but I can't manage horror (still have nightmares from The Ring from several years ago!!!).
I like watching tennis but I am really a sports floosie and watch key football and rugby matches, Olympics and anything that can hold my interest really. I am happy to have a go at sports but recreationally only; hand-eye is not one of my top ten skills...
It would be lovely if you liked walking and especially rewarding, but not essential, to end with a pub lunch.
I am hoping to find someone who is looking for a meaningful relationship to grow and to share love, happiness and whatever else life throws at us along the way.
