I'm fun to be around but take life seriously. Love high heels and going barefoot in equal measure. I'm very tactile, kind and capable but have a shockingly bad sense of direction! Adore my 2 children to whom I gave wings and now they have flown. Lived and worked overseas for over 20 years in lots of wonderful places like the Middle East and India. And Singapore and Montreal. Now fully rooted near Cambridge. I love my job in the Public Sector - trying to make a difference and succeeding some of the time. What makes me happy? Cooking, watching rugby, having friends over, drinking wine, watching a film or playing backgammon. So do family, reading, sharing stories, cinema, photography, music, exhibitions, laughing, gardens (though not gardening so much), spontaneously popping over to Dublin just for the day to have lunch with my family. The idea of a new love after a long time is as terrifying as it is exhilarating and I'm looking forward to hearing from you if any of this resonates.
