About him
On reflection, my portrait could be considered akin to Edvard Munch's "The Scream" (the best "Oh Gosh" or a Jonesie "don't panic Captain Mainwaring"), and concurrently presenting one's philosophical, social and physical CV: It may just have a little inkling of bias and a few "Freudian slips" possibly as cataclysms at 8.9 on the Richter scale! Attempting to render this as honestly as I dare and according to my best female friends - I am an attractive, sensitive, generous and caring man. I have a wacky sense of humour when suitably inspired and can be very romantic, tactile and generous with "the right person". I consider myself responsive and willing to indulge in new interests as they present themselves.
My many interests include cooking, music, cinema, theatre, wildlife, countryside walks (especially coastal Devon and Cornwall), sailing, photography, gardening + DIY (largely by necessity rather than choice) and trying to keep in shape at my local gym... I have friends in Norway, Austria, and Sweden that I visit when time and finances allow me.
I draw passionate inspiration from the countryside and being close to the sea - via long walks and my innate interest in nature and photography.

I am looking for someone who can inspire and humour me - a real turn-on for me! - A Very Best Friend to love, be loved by, and cherish - one who savours life's simple pleasures... Someone I would enjoy giving flowers to and spoiling befittingly; Walking together in the countryside or on a beach / coastal footpath, sharing fun with and perhaps and sharing an occasional bottle of wine, travel, music, theatre with...
