I'm an honest loving and open person who wears their heart well and truly on their sleeve. What you see is what you get ( bit of a cliché I know) but I cant lie or hide my true feelings. I like to share whatever I'm feeling - talking and communication are important things in a relationship if its going to work. I'm sociable optomisitc outgoing and vivacious with interests in the arts, music , theatre, travelling and fitness, whilst also enjoying quiet times. I love to enjoy an evening out somewhere for dinner, be it in a buzzy place for a bit of atmosphere, or in a nice country gastro pub with a different kind of atmosphere. that said a cosy night in is just as good and welcome for different reasons depending on your mood and who you are with. Holidays are important to me & can be city breaks, a week in the sun somewhere interesting - gone are the days when I can lie on the beach all day long! I just get bored!! But a few hours is nice maybe with a nice chilled wine at lunchtime in the shade, or maybe a plaza or piazza somewhere of interest too! Equally you can't beat a winter skiing holiday- truly exhilarating and fulfilling holiday. I have a wide range of interests really including all the usual things a girl likes to do including shopping but I would never expect a partner to come with me under pressure at all - im very happy to do that while he plays golf or similar!
I love cooking and would love to cook for someone - I miss that - I do cook for myself, very healthily but you could expect a nice tasty and healthy meal washed down with a good Sancerre or Rioja!
My outlook on life has changed over the last few years and I take a different approach now - nothing is insurmountable you just need to want to do it badly enough and it will happen. Life is for looking forward and enjoying and its easy to get wrapped up in the hum drum of life and forget yourself. My glass is always half full and I'm looking for someone to top it up to the brim!!
