Oh bother, does anyone actually find this part tricky? Deep breath and here goes...
I would like to think I'm independent, loyal, easy-going, sensible and considerate. However, I would prefer it if you formed your own opinion over a coffee. I'm not perfect and I'm not going to pretend that I am. On the plus side, I'm therefore not expecting you to be either. Let's slowly discover and cherish each other's imperfections.
Contented with where my life is at the moment, but lots more I want to see and do. Would explore life on my own if I have to, but who would not be better off with a companion?
If I were Fräulein Maria, these would make the list of a few of my favourite things: theatre, cinema, walking (leisurely aimless stroll in the city or country hiking), travel, cooking, baking, eating out, poignant songs, the sounds of rain, autumn, cuddles on the sofa, dogs, newspapers, coffee breaks, flowers, the mournful sound of a cello, photography.

A partner in crime to face whatever the future has in store. Someone with whom I can do things with, but equally comfortable to do nothing with. Friendship would be a good foundation for whatever else develops, but dare I say it, I want a happily ever after. I'm a dreamer, but what's wrong with that?

Someone vaguely normal would be nice. Normal in underrated, and sometimes the most extraordinary can come from what seems mundane and normal.
