For me it's the simple things in life that are important.
I love spending time with my family or meeting friends for coffee and a catch up where we all put the world to rights!
l am a good communicator, intelligent, curious and empathetic, and have been described as warm, kind, intuitive and caring.I enjoy being outside in nature and love green spaces, gardens and wildlife.
I have always loved literature and poetry and am interested in anything art related. I love a potter around an antique shop or a gallery and am definitely more arty than techy!
I would describe myself as an introvert, but am also friendly and chatty and have a mischievous and irreverent sense of humour.
I am close to my adult children and my two young grandchildren bring me great joy. The only thing missing is a partner to enhance my life and to also be my best friend and companion. You must be out there somewhere!

I'm hoping to meet a man who is genuine, kind, considerate and intelligent, with a calm nature and a ready smile. Someone who is a good communicator and who says what he means and means what he says. I'm not looking to travel the world, or go off on big adventures ( which so many seem to be keen on) so if that's you please pass me by.
You should be honest about what you are looking for and it's important to me that you are emotionally available. Connection, shared chemistry and lots of laughter is essential for a relationship to flourish but proximity is important too so please don't live too many miles away as in my experience long distance relationships are very difficult to sustain.
