About him
Hi, I love to live an active life and am passionate about all that I do. After all, life is about having fun, and you only live once...
I'm originally from London and love the city and the city lifestyle. I currently work in the Square Mile, however, now live in the country and feel equally at home in a quaint country pub as I do a chic London bar.
As with most people I meet, travel is a huge passion. I visited Australia and Dubai last year which was incredible and will be going back to Oz later this year. I have also just returned from a ski trip to Canada which was amazing.
When travelling I like to experience the culture of the area by trying my hand at the language and indulging in the local cuisine. Food is a part of my life I really enjoy, whether that be fine dining, the latest trend of street food or experimenting at home ... don't think I've poisoned anyone yet !!
Other pursuits which I enjoy include walking (be it in the country, city or by the coast), running, yoga, camping, golf, sailing and skiing to name a few. I try hard to keep fit and visit the gym at least three times a week. I ran a marathon a few years ago and am trying to complete at least one running event a year, if possible !!
I'm currently learning French and hope to become fluent (still a few years off) and would like to start another language but currently don't have the time; one day ehh !!
I feel like I'm quite a down to earth character who is easy going and certainly tries to live life to the full. I am hard working, confident, ambitious and a very loyal person. Traits I certainly look for in others.
I enjoy movies, visiting the cinema regularly, and also go to the theatre whenever possible. I read, mainly non-fiction, and try and keep up to date with current affairs, certain sports and technology.
After a full day I enjoy nothing more than relaxing with friends savouring a decent bottle of wine.

Essentially I am looking for someone who has similar, though doesn't have to be identical, interests to myself so we can share future experiences. Also, someone who is independent and who has their own passions in life.
