About him
I am solvent, have A1 health, extremely active but also home loving, and was very happily married for 47 years before my wife died some years ago. I worked as a Media manager in a large ad agency before I gave it up as a professional magician and currently a Magic Circle member, (but still take occasional engagements) and partner in my entertainment agency. I enjoy holidays... (especially Cuba), I like many types of music.....not just classical, as Big Band and Trad (not modern) jazz clubs attract me. The rhythm of salsa and Country music excites me as does Beethoven and Mahler. Atonal music and opera is not for me though. I slogged 7 years in the OU to get a Honours degree in the Arts, which included Art History, Classical music and History. I am out of space now, but can truthfully say I have more clubs than Tiger Woods but I so miss the right lady in my life. My mantra is that life is not a rehearsal.

I suppose my ideal lady would have to have a sense of humour and would enjoy conversation in many subjects. I make a good listener. How nice to spend a nice day out in the country or London. I was a London guide for many years specialising in unknown London and I would like any activity stimulated by sharing a lady's interests...not only mine ! Whilst I love dancing my former wife could not dance a step. As my interest form a broad church I am sure there are many things I could share and be awakened to with the right lady. I miss going to the theatre as since I do not enjoy going to see shows now on my own . Basically honesty, integrity and fun are attributes I like to think I possess and it would be nice if replicated in my future partner.
