About her
I love walking and am at my happiest on a day out with the dogs and friends, particularly if we happen across a nice pub for lunch.
I'd like to say that I also jump on the cross-trainer at every opportunity and have a rock hard abdomen. However, that would be a bare-faced lie, but at least I try to exercise regularly.
I'm happiest in my wellies or walking boots although I can dig out the strappy heels to order and, armed with plenty of make-up, Bridget Jones "Magic Pants" and a mist of perfume I can be escorted to most events without my companion feeling the need to resort to disguises and dark glasses.
I have lots of friends dotted across the country who I love to visit/visit me and I have many hobbies and pastimes which I have insufficient time to dedicate to including paddle boarding, wild swimming, baking, gardening and photography.
I am based just north of Carlisle but happy to travel.
I'd like to share the good times with an articulate and intelligent guy - preferably with a strong sense of fairness and compassion. He ideally would be left of centre with a good sense of social justice.

Train-spotters and E-bay addicts would have to show other major attractions to warrant a response, otherwise....if you are intelligent, articulate, eat with your mouth shut and can avoid upsetting waiters, waitresses, retail staff and customer service agents you're on to a good start. Oh, and you're on to a winner if you get on with the dogs.
Joking aside, I'd love to meet an independent chap who has his own interests and passions and would like to share some of his time and energy with me exploring new horizons and shared interests. A sense of humor would be a distinct advantage.
