About her
Here goes! I found choosing all the categories hard enough! I put average figure and I think it's quite a trim figure. I have brown hair but definitely with bits that are going grey! I think friends think I have a good sense of humour and am quite fun, warm and kind hearted, fairly easy-going/tolerant though not a push over and happy to be spontaneous. I would like to cut down on work soon; there always seems so much else I would rather do!
I enjoy music but it is not a big thing in my life. I have eclectic tastes and enjoy lots of types of music.
Since my younger daughter moved to London I find myself there a lot more than ever in the past and to my surprise I really enjoy it in a way I never did when I was younger!
I love all things historical (so don't worry if you are a bit if an old wreck!) and enjoy historic house/ monument visiting, going to museums, galleries and generally associated aspects.
I have two grown up daughters and enjoy their company and excursions together - they are a very important part of my life.
I enjoy cooking and eating and food shopping, especially on holidays when I like to explore local food shops and local produce. And having lived by the river for years I enjoy the river, be it walking by it or pottering about in a boat. I have enjoyed a modest amount of sailing in the past with my brother. I definitely like messing about in boats even if I am no expert!
I like to swim and enjoy walking.
And I enjoy a nice cosy pub, meals out from the simple to the sublime and just simply being social!
