I am fun , bubbly half glass full type person and friends say that I am modest about my qualities and attributes .. In my head I am 40 ... and the body is not far behind .. although that's not for me to comment on is it !!
I really feel that a new adventure is around every corner and that excites me . My motto would be 'Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever'
Why am I on Encounters?? ..... because although I have plenty of people to do things with ... I have no one to do nothing with ... and I miss that .
I regularly visit London to enjoy theatre, music, dance and dining out and return to "recharge my batteries" to rural Kent. I love London and all it has to offer ... but am equally at home in the country .
I don't really 'do' lists but I would describe myself as creative and artistic ......Yes I can cook!! and in my time have taught people how to cook !!! I also love Italy the food and country ...so if you have read the book Eat Pray Love that probably sums me up !! I have climbed and skied mountains and glaciers and enjoy traveling to new places..
I am also involved in raising funds for a children's charity as giving back is important to me and would like one day to travel to the places where the money is used. I now need to fill my free time with the things I love and discover new interests . I would like to share that precious time with someone who shares the same enthusiasm for life...... I guess, I am also looking for someone who can bring romance back into my life and for who I can do the same .

It's really important that you are a genuine ,kind and honest guy who enjoys the company of women. Someone who shows respect and affection . I love learning and experiencing new things , especially cultural , artistic and to share this with someone who I respect and can trust on an equal basis.
