I am youthful, good company, have a lively personality and love the theatre, music, dance and eating out. I enjoy gardening and travel and especially warmer climes!
I enjoy listening to music, reading, watching TV and cooking, and also going out to the theatre or cinema or concerts etc.
I am extremely optimistic and always see the good things in life. I can be nervous with people I do not know, but enjoy social occasions at the same time. I expect and hopefully am always honest, but not brutally, and I think I can be kind and thoughtful.
I have lived a varied interesting life on the borders of the music business, and as a result I am lucky enough to have a good circle of friends and I enjoy an interesting social life when I get the opportunity.
I love getting dressed up for special occasions but am just as comfortable going to the pub in jeans or for a walk in the countryside or by the sea. I am told I always look good whatever I wear, and I take that as a great compliment, also that I look very much less than my calendar years, which is also great to be told!
I am looking as much for good company and enjoying being with one another as I am for a life long commitment.
I adore my family and spend time with my grandchildren and children, although I do have long periods on my own.
I think I could bring good conversation, humour, friendship to a relationship and would hope to find the same in someone else.

I would very much like to meet someone who is fun, thoughtful and honest. Someone who enjoys going out to the cinema, theatre or just eating out in restaurants or going for a drink.
I would hope to meet someone who is considerate and not judgmental and generally finds the good things in life, and would need to have a keen interest in music and the arts as well as being a good conversationalist.
I am totally against smoking and would therefore not want to meet anyone who smoked.
