About her
I am young at heart, full of energy, enthusiastic, and am an adventurer. But, most importantly, I'm happy in my own skin. I have done a lot of 'soul-searching' over the years, and I am emotionally balanced. (I don't do 'mood swings'.....!).
I'm a happy soul, I smile and laugh a lot....humour and banter are incredibly important to me, and my existence.
I have a positive outlook, and I am passionate about what I do. I am a Photographer, Photography teacher, Illustrator, and a musician. (I was a professional musician for many years, and recorded and toured with some amazing musicians). I've had a really interesting life, so far....
I like to take good care of myself, and eat healthily, as well as keeping fit by running, cycling, and walking.
I have a lovely dog, but he isn't a tie. I can be spontaneous, because my friends and colleagues love him so much, that they'll have him at the drop of a hat!
I love cars....it's another passion of mine....I'm talking about powerful, and under-stated, as opposed to the 'frilly' stuff.
I am happy to 'rough it' on a mountain adventure, but I also love to dress up, and don my stiletto's.....
I feel that I am an authentic 56 year old woman, who seeks to see the extraordinary in the ordinary, and one who treasures the 'now'. I simply want to be the best 'me' that I can be, while I'm here.
I believe in love, life, and passion. I'm warm and tactile.
I'm also loyal and faithful....(there's a difference!), and a good listener.
I also believe in fate, and that it's still eminently possible that I might just meet the love of my life, and have the best years yet, still to come.
I've reached a stage in life where, although I'm quite content on my own, I would like to share my life with someone. I come with no baggage, no hankerings after a previous partner. I have two lovely, kind, low-maintenance grown-up boys.
