Hi and thank you for reading this! I am a happy positive person and I like to be busy and active. I work part time in the field of social care, which I enjoy very much. In my spare time I play pickleball - quite badly, and sing in a local choir. I like cycling but more to local cafes and pubs than to a crazed Lycra level. I have a big close family but my children live independently and now is the time for me to find a partner.

I don’t particularly have an ideal in mind but intelligence and a sense of humour are very important to me in a man. Ideally I’d like someone who still works or has his own interests and activities that he enjoys. It is important to me that he keeps himself fit and active - I don’t want an athlete, just not a couch potato!
