About him
My friends would possibly describe me as an enigma. Very much a 'loner' in that I am self contained and self reliant but go the extra mile to assist and advise when asked. My employers on the other hand would see me as disruptive and wilful, not a team player at all in their terms. but my work colleagues would see me as helpful and reliable, fundamentally sound. My hobbies and interests have been circumscribed until recently and I am just returning to a more balanced life. First to come back on line is my love of reading. Kindle has been a boon for this as I go through a few books a week so I do not add to the room full of books I already possess. I will be walking a lot more soon.
My outlook on life is that you get out what you put in. Relationships included.

As a self confessed Anarcho-Syndicalist (Theoretical 'cause people are fundamentally unable to make it work, cf.communism and christianity) it would seem strange to be on a dating site of a decidedly right wing newspaper. But in life opposites not only attract but complement and strengthen. Previous relationships have been with 'right wingers' and their only draw back was that the urge to change or reform me was too strong for them to resist leading to disappointment and frustration all round. Hopefully at a more mature age we can get past the urge to mould others to our whims and enjoy the sparks of conversation that two different lives can generate.
Enough about me , what am I looking for in you? Lively wit and intelligence, grace in victory and defeat, flexibility in thought and an enquiring mind. If that comes in a reasonable container that has been looked after over the years then, Bingo! (as in 'full house' not running out of fuel, time to go home).
