I am educated, fairly well travelled and enthusiastic and, I think, a good conversationalist. Apparently, I always have plenty to say! I am interested and curious about the world and life in general. I’m also an empathetic listener, preferring to listen to others than talk about myself. I'm very easy going and even-tempered and seldom fussy, never demanding but I know my own mind and I’m very independent. I love the countryside and being outdoors, history, classical music and visiting cultural places. I’m not especially sporty or adventurous for physical activity (apart from walking) but I seldom sit still. Time spent doing nothing is not appealing to me. I can cook but I don’t really enjoy the process, although I do like food - so if you’re looking for a domestic goddess, move on from my profile!

Smart with a strong sense of honour and honesty....... someone who will respect me and treat me well.
