I am currently in the process of relocating to a different part of the country, (Yorkshire Dales, Cumbria that area) so I do not think now is a sensible time to start a relationship.
Single man living in a house that I rent from the two cats who live here. As long as I feed them and let them sleep wherever they please, I am allowed to stick around.
Trying to set up on my own as a small business accountant and bookkeeper, although this is on hold as I plan to relocate soon. Became tired of the political rat-race, fancy answering to myself for a change. I can say with all truthfulness I am not at all nervous at setting up on my own...really.... honestly....
I love a bit of banter, always happy to laugh at myself.
I like watching documentaries, good British thrillers, and quality comedy (Dave Allen is the best comedian I have seen). I also do a little bit of indoor gardening, sometimes growing salad or fruit, it tastes so much better than supermarket "stuff".
My ability to cook has to be experienced. I am a real whizz with a tin opener, and as for my salads, well they are to die for. I also make a really tasty trifle. What more could anyone hope for in a single man?!
Be nice to have someone to share life with. As long as your vocabulary extends to a little more than "miaow" (cat for feed me NOW) or "purrr" (cat for I was here first so get over it) I will be happy.

Someone intelligent and witty who has a good sense of humour, and is not afraid to say what they want. I do so loathe having to be the one to make all the suggestions.
Distance is not a deal breaker as far as I am concerned. I am not so naive as to think the right person is a 10 minute walk away.
Always happy to try new interests, but if you want me to take up bungee jumping or climbing very high mountains, please do not come near me!
Oh and do you know how to fold a fitted sheet? I looked online, and the videos were so complicated I gave up....help!
