I'm recently single after being in a relationship for over a decade.
My decision but it still feels strange.
I'm a good-looking, intelligent, successful, bubbly blonde. More importantly I'm kind and considerate and I value loyal friendships.
I'm creative but also a techy...
I enjoy walks in the gorgeous countryside, popping into charming bars or tea rooms, en-route. I love animals - especially dogs and horses. I like going to the cinema, theatre, acoustic nights, art galleries, poetry readings, stately homes and country houses. I love staying in boutique hotels and B and Bs in interesting locations - preferably near a river or by the sea. I enjoy eating out at quirky bistros and zany restaurants. Will that do for now? ;-)
Apparently I have a look of a younger version of Joanna Lumley. That's what my best friend tells me! I've been mistaken for other well-known attractive actresses too. Either peeps need to go to Specsavers or maybe there's something in it?
You may be wondering why I've chosen 'Derbyshire Gal' as my profile name when I live in Yorkshire? Well, I'm orginally from Derbyshire and I'm frequently back there walking in the peaks, edges and dales. Who wouldn't be?
Having said that, I love York. I don't think you could choose to live in a nicer city in the UK.
