About her
Having visited over 80 countries I'm not against exposing myself to new ideas, customs and cultures. I like trying new recipes in the kitchen and new wines in my glass. My taste in films, theatre and books is equally eclectic. Somedays it's action, others it's thoughtful, others romance and other days pure silliness. Current book I'm reading is 'Atomised' by Michel Houellebecq. Last 2 films I saw were 'Star Trek' and 'The Big Short' both thanks to Turkish Airlines in board entertainment system whilst travelling back from Jordan. Unfortunately my dodgy knees don't allow me to run anymore, but I love walking be it in the city or countryside. I also try to ski at least once during the winter months. As for televised sports, I'm a big fan of 6-Nations Rugby, domestic and international football, cricket and tennis. One day I will go to Roland Garros. I must go to The Oval as well. Well it is only down the road...... As for art galleries and museum, prefer the more traditional ones. Recently went to the Tate to see the Turner Prize Finalists. As with the Tate Modern, came out a bit underwhelmed and scratching my head.
Music, despite not playing a single instrument or being able to sing that well is a passion of mine. Both classical and contemporary. Currently listening to Pink Floyd whilst typing this, but it could as easily be Prokofiev, Pink or The Police. Now I am showing my age!

A man who understands that life is made for living. One who isn't afraid to show and talk about feeling, problems and stuff that simply confuses the hell out of him. Someone who can enjoy silences as much as noise. Someone who likes to both go out, and stay in. I really don't know..... bloody hard is this. Perhaps the whole concept of 'an ideal match' is wrong. Life has laughs and joy, but life also has tears and frustrations..... just like a partner.
