I'm no longer new to this so time for revision!
I've seen a lot of these things and it seems we all want very similar things... affection, trust, a walk on the beach, cosy pub etc...so we can take that as read. A good match would also be not working or retired like me...work commitments always seem to come first. Not wildly different in age and height. Not living at the other end of the country, localish would be good....nothing north of Watford! A willingness to make things work.. patience, negotiation, compromise, understanding, sharing...
