Caring, thoughtful and always positive; I am a happy, successful, professional lady with a fantastic family. I enjoy life to the full but would love to meet that special someone!
When my children were growing up I lived in Europe for eight years and loved every minute of it. I still like to travel and see and do new things, but for someone who's quite independent, I'm actually a bit shy of going it alone. I am quite adventurous and would welcome the opportunity to try new activities.
I'm a fan of all types of music and like to sing and occasionally play the guitar - very badly! I listen to a wide range of music but favourites include Richard Thompson, Mark Knopfler and Mary Chapin Carpenter.
For relaxation I like to go out with friends, walk in the beautiful English countryside, go to the pub or out for a meal, or just curl up with a book or a crossword and some music.
I’ve just retired so I’m looking forward to creating new memories and having the time and freedom to embark on new experiences.
