Found filling out this profile a tad difficult; especially when it comes to describing 'attractiveness'. I believe its either there or its not when you meet someone and surely attractiveness is a whole package and not just looks?
Interesting to note that a lot of women on dating websites start off by saying ... 'my friends would describe me as being....' etc. etc. Goodness only knows how mine would describe me! They would all have a view based on what they know and truth be told, there would be a bit of me in all their descriptions. Sometimes wonder what would be said at my funeral and how close it would be to the reality of who I actually was?
I'm of the firm opinion that you can attempt to describe yourself until the proverbial cows come home - yet how close to the truth is it in a limited word profile?
I'm a walker (not a professional trekker with accompanying rucksack and boots ... just a stroller!!); love fresh air and nature; the sea; love dogs; people watching; armchair sports fan but not a boring 'must see' person. Selective and watch a limited amount of TV; dry sense of humour but try to see the good in the world and count my blessings for what I've got instead of (like so many it seems) whinging about what they haven't.

I guess if you've read the attempt at describing myself and smiled then that's a good start!! Hope this reads as its meant to but don't have high expectations of the kind of woman I'd like to meet because previous experience has shown me that's the road to ending up on your own - however would be nice if she could meet me halfway in life; sense of humour vital; good conversationalist; non-judgemental; sensible but with a scatty side so that we can laugh at both ourselves and all the absurdities in life. Be nice if she liked walking and nature.
Could ramble on I guess, however meeting up might be better in terms of establishing compatibility than words that, although well meant and necessary, don't even begin to scratch the surface as to who we really are ..........
