About him
I am half Celt, half Latin, half Academic, half Poet, half Serious, half Joking. You'd be very wrong to go by the sell-by date.
I inhabit the interesting life of my chosen profession, traveling and working in every country in Europe. I have published in eleven of them { along with the languages 13} ;
from the Caucasus to Morocco, and from northern Europe to the Balkans, Crete, Sinai & Palestine ; along with Japan & the USA.
I create with hand and eye and brain. I value loyalty and affection. I am not judgemental, and my photos are recent. Well, not Yosemite. No, I am not trying to borrow money from Prince Charles, but I did know clever Musa Manarov in Daghestan ; the first astronaut to spend a year in space.
I know and respect some astonishing women.

Among 15,000 others, I submitted 66 paintings drawings ceramics {and a prayer carpet on the loom} for the King Lear Prizes. For my satisfaction, not for the prize, but several of my paintings were Highly Commended, out of 1400 entries.

I look for emotional intelligence, not material advantage.

I offer inspiration ; intimacy and consideration.
I favour independent living, in close physical and emotional proximity. Sorry no smoking. Nobody is perfect. I am in better physical shape than many. I am optimistic, and I need to create.
