I am the original WYSIWYG with my own greying hair and teeth! Am fit and active and generally dress smartly with comfort in mind and not in a trendy way. I like to look after myself but am not at all vain. Scrub up well though. I don't tell jokes (often) but do have a GSOH.
Regularly play and watch cricket, play golf, tennis, cycle, snow ski, restorative yoga and love Sunday country and/or canal walks finishing with a roast at the end! Busy restoring my classic Triumph GT6 car after a few years of neglect as well as doing the inevitable DIY and some necessary gardening too. Enjoy going to pub quizzes and entering competitions whilst regularly seeing live bands (mainly blues/rock/soul/Motown but can appreciate most musical genres) and stand-up comedy. The theatre too on occasion. Just chilling out on the settee listening to albums or the radio whilst reading the paper though, is definitely part of my life too!
Love to travel but few days taken up by a pool or lazing on a beach. Generally more active than that although it does have its place from time to time. Especially love the mountains and coastal scenery. Am interested in numerology and am a member of English Heritage so like touring castles and older buildings with historical value.
I like traditional and most foreign foods whilst sharing a bottle of red wherever the sun sets as well as lots of other simple pleasures in life.
Like to think I'm a successful and confident man who knows how to treat a lady, is fully house trained, can cook, wash and iron and is well mannered to boot! I'm looking for a woman to share quality time with me in the above interests and pursuits and for her to hopefully introduce me to some new ones too of course. Zumba perhaps?
