I love squeezing the most out of life; living every single day and definitely having a laugh and not taking myself, or life, too seriously.
I'm laid back, fun, spontaneous and kind - not much phases or stresses me; I don't do negativity, arguments or problems. I would love to meet someone with a joyful soul who is proactive, empathetic, witty, independent and passionate; someone who shares my zest for and appreciation of life.
I like to mix both ends of the spectrum, that is, running around at a million miles an hour motivated (with a deadline), but then totally relaxing into chill out time - especially with a partner.
It's often the little gestures and thoughtfulness in life which can mean so much, don't you think? I miss sharing those moments with a partner; showing and receiving appreciation and affection.
I have a fantastic, blessed, busy life - but like most people on here, the jigsaw isn't complete and I'd love to find that last missing piece. I love culture, travel, sport, walking and hiking and especially trying new experiences and activities. I still feel 18 ( don't we all!!)
My favourite kind of people are intelligent, inspiring, kind, witty, generous and most importantly, have a passion and a real joy for life. I love people who are curious and open to both sides of an argument - a great conversationalist. Interesting people with a great generosity of spirit are top of my list (as well as no criminal record!).
Some of my favourite ways to spend time include eating out, travel, music, theatre and the arts; and especially spending quality time with friends and family - accompanied by laughter, good food and wine (usually! )
I'm an events organiser, arranging do's from weddings, fashion shows and product launches to balls and charity events. I've done some property developing and do part time book keeping/accounting too. I am chair of my local NSPCC committee.

Although Lesley is independent, resilient and self sufficient, she is also warm, giving, and appreciative of others and all that life has to offer. This makes her a perfect companion, friend, or partner. She is not needy or demanding, yet she loves to be connected, involved and engaged with people and opportunities that present.
She has a natural curiosity about most things, and is a listener as well as someone who participates and interacts in an easy yet informed and intelligent manner. You will never tire of her company. She exerts no pressure on a relationship and is someone you could as happily sit next to without talking (with no discomfort) as you could avidly and passionately conversing. She has a combination of attributes that is rare.
Lesley does not like conflict and disharmony. She loves the 'finer' things in life, whilst also enjoying the simpler aspects such as a cold glass of Sauvignon on a warm summer day (or maybe that qualifies under the 'finer' things?!). Maybe she just likes the finer things! No.... she definitely likes the simpler things too - I recall her having as much fun as she derives from her more extravagant escapades and travels, whilst on muddy forest walks, laughing in the rain, watching our sons play rugby, and enjoying a drink and cake in a country cafe. She just makes everything enjoyable, as she has a positive attitude and a zest to enjoy life to the full. She has had her share of hardship but she is private and keeps her challenges as such and under wraps.
I cannot think of anyone who would make a better candidate for a date and a longer term relationship than Lesley.
