About him
I'm a writer living near Newquay. I returned to Cornwall in 2003 after being in the USA for three years. I'm difficult to pin-down, in some ways, as I have a bizarre (but likeable) mix of skills, attitudes and life experiences.I can cook, sew, garden and artistically create, but I'm also handy when it comes to mending cars, being butch in an "oh my god" look at the ruffty-tuffty motorcyclist way, nobbling your enemies, helping-out your friends and generally being an amusing chap to know. I'm kind, compassionate, a good listener and go out of my way to help folk; on the other hand, somebody once said that "I didn't tolerate fools gladly"--but he was an idiot, so what could he possibly know?! I'm fully in touch with my feminine side, and it would be nice to meet a woman who is as well, for I've been involved with a couple of hard-hearted harpies; I'm a loyal fellow and deserve to be loved and appreciated. I haven't got time for the pain anymore and would like to share Life with someone happy, supportive and optimistic. If you actually like men (I do know that most of this species are truly appalling human-beings, by the way) rather than just lust-after, fancy or think that you should have one as everybody else does and you don't want to be lonely, then that would be a good start. If you're still hung-up on your ex (either in a loving or loathing way), hero worship your dad (and find that every man fails to live up to him), are looking for a financier, a punch bag or a scapegoat then give me a miss please...I'm very loving, and not afraid to show it, healthily sensitive to your needs...so, are you good enough--to yourself and for me? I'm funny, warm and generous--and that's before I take my clothes off!
