About her
I have a wonderful son and a dog with hang ups but I reckon I’m somewhere in between, ie pretty normal.
I have a full life with a job I enjoy and plenty of friends. Tennis is a passion (I play regularly) as is hiking, exercise in general and travelling to different parts of the world.
I keep pretty fit and can usually be found outside whatever the weather either running with friends or walking the dog.
I’m attracted by someone with a twinkle in their eye and a sense of fun. I think humour can solve most things and laughter is key.
For me a spark will start through conversation. I love that moment when a chat with someone becomes magical - whether it’s funny, deep, challenging or pure banter. You just know when it’s happening.
I’m independent and am hoping to meet someone who equally has their own life and interests. I am attracted to people who have a passion and pursue it. I guess it will feel right if we both wish we saw more of each other.
Old fashioned values and a strong moral compass are important to me.
I’d struggle being with a man who spends more time getting ready than me (which is not very long) but other than that I’m training myself to be open minded!

I think this is quite difficult to pin down. I like lots of different things about lots of different people but I’d have to say that a sense of humour and fun would be near the top of the list.
Confidence is important but equally important not to have is arrogance - it’s a fine distinction and the right person reading this will understand the attraction of one and a dislike of the other.
I appreciate intelligence and a healthy interest in world events. Having opinions and the ability to debate them against others’ without being overbearing is good.
I find quietly chivalrous manners very endearing and charm can usually work its magic on me.
Other than that, I suppose, have a passion and pursue it, know what you want, and work to live rather than live to work - there’s a balance.
