I spend most of the winter in a very Spanish , old fishing town on the Costa Blanca and early summer in France....in recent years I have visited the south west area around St.Antonin Noble Val and was enchanted.
Cycling is still exhilarating on a treasured old Claud Butler, and I continue to go racing to meet former colleagues and friends.
